Description:
As the summary says, when invoking anything with wine, even wine alone, libwine.so.1 is missing.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
1.5.30, 1.5.29-3 is fine
* config and/or log files etc.
export WINEDEBUG="-all"
export WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winemenubuilder.exe=d"
