Description:

The permissions on the JAR file

/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk/lib/sa-jdi.jar

are too restrictive. Basically only root can read it.
This causes some Java programs to fail because of a permission problem.

ls -l /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk/lib/sa-jdi.jar

Additional comments about closing:  As explained in here [0] this looks like a regression so I opened this bug report [1]. In the meantime I chmod'ed the jar in our package so I am closing this bug report.
