Description:
Since the recent upgrade to libpng16, the following command does not work (it just freezes) :
gtk-window-decorator --replace

Additional info:
* package version : 0.8.8-5
* xfce with compiz (using https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Compiz#Xfce_autostart_.28without_.22fusion-icon.22.29)

Steps to reproduce: upgrade the package from 0.8.8-4 to 0.8.8-5
