Details

fcrondyn expect /etc/fcron/fcron.conf to be readable. I currently have error message in user journalctl.

mai 04 01:44:08 bitume fcrondyn[6224]: Could not read /etc/fcron/fcron.conf : config file ignored: Permission denied

$ ll /etc/fcron/*
-rw-r----- 1 root root 253 2013-01-04 00:23 /etc/fcron/fcron.allow
-rw-r----- 1 root root 670 2013-01-04 00:23 /etc/fcron/fcron.conf
-rw-r----- 1 root root 255 2013-01-04 00:23 /etc/fcron/fcron.deny
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 970 2013-01-04 00:23 /etc/fcron/pam.conf

PS: Last version of fcron is in testing since one month. Maybe you should move it to community.
