Description:
actually tomoyo conflict with ccs-tools but from the changelog:
Version 2.5.0p3 2012/08/05 Bug fix release.

/usr/sbin/tomoyo-checkpolicy
Fix namespace prefix parsing in exception policy.

Rename manpage for init_policy to tomoyo_init_policy
(to allow parallel installation of ccs-tools package).
you read the las sentence, they say that ccs-tools now can installed in parallel with tomoyo, mean no more a conflict

* Test and if is possible remove the inneded conflict
