This removes the ability to use the wifi-menu command to set up wireless networking (as described in the Install Guide).

netctl 1.0 is added back to the base group, so this will be fixed very soon (I expect 1.0 to hit [core] next week).

This seems to have been forgotten - the June image will have netctl, the April image has netcfg.
