Details

Description: The alsa-firmware 1.0.27-1 package has conflicting files with the new testing/linux-firmware 20130430-1. I don't know if this is a mistake in the linux-firmware package, or if alsa-firmware just needs to rebuild.

linux-firmware: /usr/lib/firmware/ctefx.bin exists in filesystem
linux-firmware: /usr/lib/firmware/ctspeq.bin exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.


Steps to reproduce:

Using [testing], install alsa-firmware 1.0.27 and testing/linux-firmware 20130430-1.

same here; removing those files manually results in the new files being owned by both, alsa- and linux-firmware:

file owned by 'alsa-firmware' and 'linux-firmware': 'usr/lib/firmware/ctefx.bin'
file owned by 'alsa-firmware' and 'linux-firmware': 'usr/lib/firmware/ctspeq.bin'
