Description:
There are duplicate search results in the gnome shell overview when searching for items.
This includes documents, contacts, settings manager, and other items too.

A screenshot is attached - please note the scrollbar at the side: the list goes on with the same result again and again.

Additional info:
Gnome shell: 3.8.1-1
Gjs: 1.36.1-1

It also happens with all extensions disabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on super key
2. Enter search query for which a contact/document/folder/settings module exists
3. You will see the result/s duplicated.
