Detailsthe package pyrex claims to be 0.9.3.1, although it doesnt seem as if the neccessary patches to provide gcc 4 support have been provided.
the pyrex homepage (http://www.cosc.canterbury.ac.nz/~greg/python/Pyrex/) says: Version 0.9.3.1 This version kindly supplied by Giovanni Bajo incorporates patches to work around the following problems: * Compatibility with Python 2.4 Distutils * Compatibility with GCC 4 (lvalue cast problem) however when compiling extension modules like pyode (not in aur), i get the usual lvalue errors, which makes me think that this is not really 0.9.3.1, but 0.9.3. please check and apply correct patches if possible. |
