Description:
Probably an upstream bug, but not entirely sure.
Also, perhaps the bug is not limited to occur in konqueror, it maybe in the KDE file dialogs in general.

The bug is annoying because it prevents the user from uploading a file when a website has an option to allow for doing so.

Opening konqueror and opening a file while still being on the blank page does not cause the bug.

Upgraded all packages with pacman before posting this. Konqueror / KDE 4.10.2


Steps to reproduce:
1. Open konqueror
2. Browse to an aribtrary website
3. Click the menu File->open file
