Summary and Info:

Add "(5/6)" style progress information in front of each line of outputs when downloading packages, just like the output when installing them.

Steps to Reproduce:

Installing some packages or doing a system upgrade.

I don't see this being all that useful for routine upgrades; however, this feature would be great for fresh installs where you're downloading tons of packages at once. It's pretty annoying when you're installing to a VM with 800x600 resolution (or similarly awful), and the entire screen is just a wall of package downloads with no indication about how many are left.

I would like to see this implemented, as it's IMHO a helpful indicator about the progress of installation. As I frequently make
my own install media (archiso) for recovery, install for friends and VMs.., would like to know about the progress. (is it worth do something in the mean time or is it about to finish..).
The progress is shown when PKGs are being installed, while downloading is the part that actually takes the most time, so why not showing it also there?!.

I think this would be useful, either for routine upgrades or fresh installs. If screen space is an issue, it could be configurable in pacman.conf.
