Nemo file manager fails to launch. The program prints following error message: $ nemo (nemo:1314): GLib-GIO-ERROR **: Settings schema 'org.cinnamon.background' is not installed Jäljitys/katkaisupisteansa (luotiin core-tiedosto) $ Solution: Install community/cinnamon package. Note: Though the Cinnamon package has Nemo listed as a optional dependency, quite a lot of people use Nemo File Manager without using the Cinnamon Desktop Environment. Additional info: * package version(s) community/nemo 1.7.3-1 community/nemo-fileroller 1.7.1-1 community/cinnamon 1.7.4-2 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: 1) Install Nemo file manager. 2) Try to launch said program (it will fail) 3) Install cinnamon package 4) Try launching the file manager again (it will now succeed) |

Nemo or Nautilus doesn't draw the desktop background anymore, and the background plugin was merged in cinnamon, so I will look into it but right now it is neccesary to have cinnamon installed
