The openntpd.service is currently set to run in background. Due to how systemd is designed, it's preferred that services run in foreground mode (when possible), and there's no reason to have it run in background mode. This improves logging (journalctl results), as well as the results shown when running `systemd-analize blame`. |

And in this case, it isn't possible. Services might depend on the clock being synchronized.
