Description:
ack binary is located in /usr/bin/vendor_perl/ack, which is not the default PATH.

$ echo $PATH
/usr/lib/qt4/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/usr/sbin:/sbin:/usr/bin/core_perl

Steps to reproduce:
$ ack
bash: ack: command not found
