Description:

When i change keyboard layout (in my case Greek), all keyboard shortcuts that include a letter ( Ctrl+C for example) do not work.

I tried to start LibreOffice in other Theme than the default, and starting LibreOffice Writer giving in command line:

SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen lowriter
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=kde4 lowriter

fixes the problem. But starting with:

SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk lowriter
SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3 lowriter

and changing language results in no working shortcuts.

Additional info:
LibreOffice version: 4.0.2-1
gtk2 version: 2.24.17-1
gtk3 version: 3.6.4-2

Steps to reproduce:
Open LibreOffice (writer, calc..), change keyboard layout to Greek, try a shortcut that includes a letter (Ctrl + C).

Same problem using Cyrillic (Russian).
Whenever I'm typing in Russian, I cannot use shortcuts like Ctrl+C in LibreOffice under Gnome. I have to switch back to a Latin layout (English) in order to be able to use regular shortcuts. This only happens in LibreOffice applications and only under Gnome. It works fine under KDE. I'm also able to use Latin-based shortcuts while in Cyrillic layouts in any other software in Gnome (gedit and terminal for instance).
