Propose to make the output of VerbosePkgLists more user friendly by sorting the repo first then sorting packages alphabetically.

I'd like to see what was suggested in the original request or having the repository name given its own column. Having the package names be left-aligned would really help improve their readability so you aren't constantly scanning for the "/".
