DetailsUpgrading from smeg to alacarte does not pull in gnome-python as a dependency. However, without gnome-python installed, attempting to run alacarte produces the following error:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/bin/alacarte", line 20, in ? from Alacarte.GnomeFront import GnomeFront File "/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/Alacarte/GnomeFront.py", line 22, in ? import gtk, gtk.glade, gnome, gnome.ui, gobject ImportError: No module named gnome Installing gnome-python corrects this problem, suggesting that this is an unlisted dependency of the alacarte package. |
