Description:

Normally under Preferences -> Advanced, there should be a tab labeled "Data Choices" with checkbox options for "Submit crash reports" and "Submit performance data". This tab is entirely missing under Arch Linux's build of Firefox 20, however it is present from the Mozilla tarball build (see screenshot).

BTW in previous versions of Firefox, those two options were on the General tab rather than a separate one.

Additional info:
* firefox 20.0-1

Steps to reproduce:

Install Firefox from the Arch repos.
