After upgrade to icu 0.51 some programs become unable to start, like firefox and chromium, because are looking for 0.50 version of icu libraries. These packages need to be rebuilt against the new version to solve this bug. Probably, more packages need to be rebuilt too. Additional info: * package version(s) firefox 19.0.2-1 chromium 26.0.1410.43-2 * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: upgrade icu to 0.51.1-1 try to tart one of this programs |

make sure your mirror is up to date and run a full -Syu. no problems here.

Probably you have a custom version of harfbuzz installed
