Description:
Xnoise has that ability to fetch album art from lastFM, but it seems that this only works if the package gvfs is installed on your computer.

Additional info:
Xnoise does not output any errors to the log files, and starting from a console window also shows no error messages. Fetching album art just does not work unless the gvfs package is installed. I thought at first it may be a dependency of gvfs (specifically libsoup-gnome), but that does not seem to be the case. Fetching album art worked on another computer so I determined which packages were installed on that computer but not my minimal install and by process of elimination isolated it to gvfs.

Steps to reproduce:
Try to play a song and download album art (make sure LastFM integration is checked in preferences) without gvfs. Then do the same with gvfs installed.
