There is no gstreamer-ugly. It's either gst-plugins-ugly or gstreamer0.10-ugly-plugins. You need gst-plugins-ugly (and maybe gst-libav), as parole has been changed to use GStreamer 1.0 since 0.5.0-2.

Does extra/gstreamer0.10-ugly-plugins 0.10.19-5 replaced by extra/gst-plugins-ugly? Can I replace gstreamer0.10-*-plugins for gst-plugins-*? Is there any notice about that substitution?

You can close the bug as invalid. Sorry.

gstreamer0.10 and the new gstreamer 1.0.x are distinct versions (like python2 vs python(3)).
