Description:
Hello,
I can change the Scrollbox Color via XFCE4 Gui -> Right Click on Weather Applet -> Properties -> Scrollbox -> Font and Color
Wenever I restart, the Color is Reset to #000000 (black). This is very anoying, because I have a dark GTK+ theme.

The Command "find ~ -type f -mmin -2 | xargs ls -l" showed me the config File for the weather applet:

~/.config/xfce4/panel/weather-xx.rc

Here I can also change the Color Code, but my changes aren't affecting the weather applet. It also didn't help to kill the weather applet process or to restart the xfce4 panel (xfce4-panel -r). It just falls back to #000000, although the config file has a different value for scrollbox_color. If I reboot my Arch, the Config File gets reset to #000000.

Additional info:
* xfce4-weather-plugin 0.8.3-2

Steps to reproduce:
- Change Color of weather-plugin Scrollbox
- reboot your machine or restart panel: xfce4-panel -r or kill pid of weather-plugin
