Description:
The included dhcpd4.service and dhcpd6.service from dhcp package do not make use of the specified arguments in /etc/conf.d/dhcp.
DHCP4_ARGS and DHCP6_ARGS are ignored.

I'm attaching the correct dhcpd4.service file here.

Additional info:
* package version(s)
4.2.5-1
* config and/or log files etc.

Steps to reproduce:
Install Archlinux.
pacman -S dhcp
Modify /etc/conf.d/dhcp - specify on what interfaces does dhcp listen on with DHCP4_ARGS="q ethX ethY" for example.
systemctl start dhcpd4

Reason for closing:  Not a bug
Additional comments about closing:  We don't want to be using Arch-specific service files, and anything with /etc/conf.d would be that. If you need to use special options, make a copy of the service in /etc/systemd/system and change it directly.
