Minor error: change line 78 to make the perl script +x. Also, might want to update the post install file to direct users to the systemd service rather than the depreciated rc.d file.

It should be fine to leave the perl script as 644: it is installed under /usr/share and that encourages people to read it before running it blindly; yet you can always run `perl collectd2html.pl` to run it as-is.

Thanks for reminding me about the install file; I thought it simpler to just remove it: the information it gives is obvious anyhow and an install file is not the place for it (the wiki is).
