Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: It's because Emacs 24.3 it totally with gtk3. That dark toolbar is by default.

First, I didn't set any theme. Second, I google a bit for the theme you mentioned, it's not at all dark.
AFAIR, it was once like this when GNOME3 was still young, but it had been a while that Emacs 'integrated' well.
And the point is, I don't see any other applications' look this way. I just hope that this is not done on purpose, like saying that this might 'sharpen' the toolbar.
I've never installed any theme apart from gnome-theme-standard. And that dark toolbar comes up again in emacs 24.3 is something I DON'T want. What I am trying to say is, it shouldn't be because of an update of that standard theme because other applications' toolbar didn't change.
I think the point is I don't have a lot of GTK3 app (most of them are gnome app I guess) installed.
The change is because Emacs is now totally an GTK3 app. So I guess I have to get used to it. It somehow looks bad with Emacs.
