Description:

Could you please include the changelog in the systemd package? Since it's such an important component of the system and it tends to change quickly.

Reason for closing:  Won't implement
Additional comments about closing:  If you care about these things, you already know where to find them. There's no reason for this to be included in some hidden location in the package.

Looks like you already found the changelog... Why include it with the package when it's already available from upstream via git?

I think that it would be good practice to include the changelog in some packages.

Perhaps you could expand on why... Either we point people to the upstream changelog as we've done for years or people randomly discover some random new local file....

Well, this is actually the only way to officially point people to the upstream changelog.

It would be great if the PKGBUILD had an URL for changelog instead of local file, but that's how it works for now.
