Details
The Packages gconf uses "pidof" in its INSTALL Script, but
pidof is part of sysvinit which is no longer installed on
new Systems with systemd.

pidof is in sysvinit-tools which is a depends of
systemd-sysvcompat, a base package. Install systemd-sysvcompat.
Maybe, sysvinit-tools and systemd-sysvcompat will sometimes get
kicked.
