My AUR package geany-astyle depends on libastyle.so Can you please compile astyle as a shared library? Additional info: It seems like astyle was compiled as a library before because everything worked flawless like 2(?) months ago. Steps to reproduce: Trying to install geany-astyle from AUR. Aborts with "/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lastyle" |

Not true. A shared library has never been included in our astyle package -- check the SVN log.

The libastyle.so library is not provided either by Debian or Fedora. If you really need it, then you can put a new libastyle package into AUR.
