DetailsDescription: I believe that the package gst-plugins-base is also necessary.
Additional info: Xnoise will open fine but will not play ogg or mp3 files unless the above package is also included. Ogg and mp3 are kind of basic for a music player so not sure if this should be an optional or required dependency. Right now gst-plugins-base-libs is listed as a required dependency. One of the errors without this package is "audiosink audiobin not working". There are recent forum posts about this error but dealing with other packages that use gstreamer. Steps to reproduce: Try to play an ogg or mp3 without that package. |
