Description:
After upgrade - Skype does not start.

$skype
/usr/bin/skype: line 11: /usr/lib32/skype/skype: I/O Error
/usr/bin/skype: line 11: /usr/lib32/skype/skype: Succes
$

And I can't downgrade version because of missing file lib32-qt

pacman -U /var/cache/pacman/pkg/skype-4.0.0.8-3-x86_64.pkg.tar.xz

Can't reproduce. Please provide more details (take a look at strace and maybe something else) or contact skype upstream.

Anyway, I doubt this is a packaging issue.
