The qt4-tools binaries are still useful since the qt5 version is buggy and doesn't support KDE. As long as they are still useful and included in the package, the corresponding desktop file(s) should still be installed or it is impossible to launch them from system-menu/krunner etc. Additional info: * package version(s) * config and/or log files etc. Steps to reproduce: |

This is fixed in the upcoming qt4: https://www.archlinux.org/packages/staging/x86_64/qt4/
