Description:
the actual xfmedia intall a xdg to /usr/etc/xdg/xfmedia/keybindings.rc

this completely wrong for archlinux directory hierarchy

Additional info:
* xfmedia 0.9.2

Steps to reproduce:
watch /usr directory now
install xfmedia and navigate to /usr watch the /etc in there now

Fixes:
* Move the path for the keybindings.rc to the correct path
* Move all the /etc files to usr/etc and make simlink to /etc ... Unlikeliy to happend but is another solution
* drop xfmedia from repo because is old and unmaintained
