Details

The "community" repository for architecture x86_64 contains a cyclic symlink to the "pool/community" directory:

community. . . . . Feb 26 15:35 -> ../../../pool/community/


If you are use -L option in "rsync", all packages from "pool/community/" will be downloaded to "community/os/x86_64/community/" directory!

I've removed the offending symlink, but please be aware that we set very specific requirements for rsync flags. Taken from https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mirroring:

Use the following rsync options: -rtlvH --delete-after --delay-updates --safe-links --max-delete=1000
