Description:

Currently the upgrading of GDM will overwrite it's configuration files in /etc/gdm/. These are the files I'm referring to:

/etc/gdm
|-- Init
| |-- Default
|-- PostLogin
| `-- Default.sample
|-- PostSession
| |-- Default
|-- PreSession
| `-- Default

The `Init/Default` and `Default.sample` aren't necessary. `Init/Default` because contains vital xload information and is better not to edit because scripts can be put in this directory. However, `{PostSession,PreSession}/Default` are the necessary files to edit to have command runs on their use.

Would it be possible to have .pacnew capability of these two files?

Thanks.

Reason for closing:  Implemented
Additional comments about closing:  Added in svn trunk. Not rebuilding the package for this, will get included as soon as we update/rebuild gdm.
