Description:

Missing python3 dependency.

Additional info:
When running Team Fortress 2 from Steam, this is displayed in the console when python3 is not installed:
/bin/sh: /home/max/.local/share/Steam/ubuntu12_32/driverhelper.py: /usr/bin/python: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Steam then hangs at the "Loading" window for TF2 until Cancel is clicked.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Remove python3 from system.
2. Launch Steam from console.
3. Launch TF2. Observe stdout from Steam.

Reason for closing:  Upstream
Additional comments about closing:  Not an actual bug, we don't use driver_helper.py anyway, it is only used by Ubuntu.

My apologies, I didn't see the title and I cannot edit it.
Edit - thanks, thestinger :)

First, that file is useless. Second, I cannot replicate this error of it hanging after not finding /usr/bin/python.

Unable to reproduce. Removed /usr/bin/python and TF2 started fine here.

Could you try removing ~/.local/share/Steam (with backup) and launch TF2 again?
