Description:
libspectre-based viewers (evince, okular) can't render .ps files after ghostscript update to 9.07. Downgrading to 9.06 fixes it.

Does recompiling libspectre or related apps fix it? Have you reported this upstream?

No, recompiling doesn't help. By upstream, do you mean ghostscript or libspectre?

PS: I have unrendered pictures in epdfview that are shown well in evince when reading a PDF. Maybe something different or a more general issue in GhostScript.
