I thought it would be nice to add a *Changelog* info key, e.g.:
pacman -Si potrace | grep ^Changelog
would return something like:
Changelog : http://potrace.sourceforge.net/ChangeLog

The changelog URL might not always be a simple string, e.g.:
linux http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v${version%%.*}.0/ChangeLog-$version
(In the meantime, I've added the feature to `owl`.)
