DetailsIf you try to install a lot of packages, loading those and checking those takes a lot of time. If then a file already exists in the file-system, pacman stops completely and after you have removed this files (after checking what was wrong of cause), you have to re-launch pacman and it will load the packages again.
It would be nice if it would re-check only the conflicts until either no conflict exists anymore or the user wants to abort. |
