pacman -S gtkmm
as a hotfix. Should be added by the "maintainer" of the /unsupported package.

There need to be some modifications.
- mysql-gui-common is just missing gtkmm as a depend and makedepend (!)
- mysql-query-browser:
Quite a bit trickier. Add
export PKG_CONFIG_PATH=$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/opt/gnome/lib/pkgconfig
to the PKGBUILD
As well as add
./configure --prefix=/usr --with-gtkhtml=libgtkhtml-3.8
instead of just
./configure --prefix=/usr
Hope this can help you out.
As i said, the maintainer (dsa) should update his packages.
