This is the same bug as here: https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues/1337 When you activate more than one keyboard layout the keyboard layout applet only shows two layouts in its list, one of those you selected and English (USA). Switching between your selected layouts with shortcuts works with the applet now showing the current layout and the one you had selected before. Possible solution: In the mentioned thread the solution for this was found: "But something in Gnome / libgnomekbd-3.6.0-1.fc18.x86_64 has apparently changed. get_group_names no longer report the list of available layouts but ... 'something else'." In the responses a patch which I also attached is posted. It is inspired by the original gnome keyboard applet and works for me. |
