chfn is used to change the user details.
on arch is the /etc/pam.d/chfn not installed. this should be a part of shadow.
i just did a cp /etc/pam.d/chpassword /etc/pam.d/chfn.

This bug has high priority becuase i need it to be fixed be for a put gnome-system-utils into extra.
