the file /usr/share/config/ktexteditor_codesnippets_core.knsrc is missing

it’s needed so that downloading text snippets for the Kate text editor works and belongs into the kate package.

it can be seen here: https://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kde-baseapps/kate/repository/revisions/master/entry/kate/plugins/snippets_tng/lib/ktexteditor_codesnippets_core.knsrc

maybe this is a KDE bug, but it looks like a packaging bug to me. sorry if it isn’t :)
