After upgrading to KDE SC 4.10 kdesu is consistently crashing. Additional info: * package version(s) kdebase-runtime 4.10.0-1 * config and/or log files etc. j:1 ~ $ kdesu Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 9: reading configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated. kdesu(8665)/kdeui (kdelibs): Session bus not found To circumvent this problem try the following command (with Linux and bash) export $(dbus-launch) KCrash: Application 'kdesu' crashing... KCrash: Attempting to start /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/drkonqi from kdeinit sock_file=/home/msx/.kde4/socket-heybeavis/kdeinit4__0 [1] Exit 253 kdesu bleachbit [2]+ Stopped kdesu Steps to reproduce: Launch kdesu. Additional notes: When following this advice: "To circumvent this problem try the following command (with Linux and bash) export $(dbus-launch)" kdesu launchs w/o problem. |
