Description:
Digikam 3.0.0rc has a file conflict with kde-l10n-cs:

error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
digikam: /usr/share/locale/cs/LC_MESSAGES/libkipi.mo exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.
