It's in the plugin list here. What does it say if you click on the "show errors" button?
You could try reinstalling quodlibet and quodlibet-plugin and restarting quodlibet.

I have tried, not show.
BTW, I use i686.

GStreamer plugins don't show up if the GStreamer element is missing. Should probably be changed...

pitch can be found in "gstreamer0.10-bad-plugins"
