Description:

The erlang package in community does install the odbc library.

The PKGBUILD has unixodbc in optdepends. I tried building the package with and without unixodbc, and the library was there when unixodbc was installed during build time.

So, I think unixodbc should also be in makedepends.

Yes, I saw the other bug report. It still needs unixodbc installed before compiling to enable building those libs.

So, in a way, that bug is still unsolved. I should probably have requested reopening that instead.
