Description:
According to the fontconfig document, the `equal` property of <test> in 85-wqy-bitmapsong.conf should really be `qual`.

This raise a warning when using with the git version of fontconfig. Since other packages have the correct property name (qual instead of equal), I think it is safe to also change that in the stack version.
