DetailsThe WTFPL license is used for two packages in community - ponysay and vim-nerdtree. I think it should be added to licenses package because of that.

Reason for closing: Won't implement
Additional comments about closing: Unless you plan on assigning copyright to Sam Hocevar, you can't genericize this. Each package much include their own copy to have correct copyright assignment.

I manually modified the patch a bit, to leave out some of the cruft. :)
