Description:
OIS will not compile with ABS

Additional info:
ois-1.3-2


Steps to reproduce:
While building from ABS, errors occur.

ois need to be patched for gcc 4.7
gentoo has a patch for it. configure.ac also need to be patched. I attached my patch.
