DetailsDescription:
Eclipse jee freezes when you switch wsdl file from design (graphical) view to source(text ) view or vice versa. Installation Arch Linux x86_64 + Openbox. The problem is on Eclipse Juno as well as previous versions of Eclipse on Arch Linux + OpenBox. I did not face this problem on CruchBang which also uses OpenBox. But I have seen this problem on Arch Linux x86_64 + OpenBox. Eclipse version : Version: Juno Service Release 1 Build id: 20120920-0800 and Indigo Service Release 2 Build id: 20120216-1857 I have discussed this in many forums but did not get any solution. So I decided to file bug. Following is a list of forums where I have discussed this. 1) Arch Linux https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=156662 2) AUR package eclipse-jee https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/eclipse-jee/ 3) Manjora http://forum.manjaro.org/index.php?topic=1806.0 4) ArchBang http://bbs.archbang.org/viewtopic.php?id=3745 5) Eclipse forum http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/448653/ Steps to reproduce : 1) Open any wsdl file on ArchLinux x86_64 + Openbox in Eclipse. 2) Switch mode from graphical to source or vice versa. |

1) same Eclipse - JEE I have used on other distros.
2) I started Eclipse from command prompt to see it gives any error/message before or after it freezes, but it does not give. It does not write anything in log.
I don't know if Eclipse has any other dependency which is not by default installed on Arch but installed by default on other distros. I have also filed bug at Eclipse and waiting for them to respond.
